We proudly offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee from the date your order is marked as delivered.

Because skincare results vary from person to person, we recommend giving KOEC™ 3D Lifting Cream at least 2–4 weeks of consistent daily use to fully evaluate your experience, as visible improvements in skin texture, hydration, and firmness may take time depending on individual skin type and condition.

Our goal is simple: to give you enough time to experience the product and decide if it’s right for your skincare routine.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Your request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase is required (order number or confirmation email)
  • The product must not be intentionally damaged, altered, or misused

Because skincare products are personal-use items, products showing excessive use, clear abuse, tampering, or intentional damage may not qualify for a refund.

Please do not send products back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging
  • A short description of the issue

Approved claims may qualify for:

  • A replacement product
  • Partial refund
  • Full refund

at no additional cost to you.


Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The wrong item was received
  • The product arrived damaged
  • The item has a confirmed manufacturing defect

If the issue was caused by our error, we’ll make it right at no additional cost.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After that time, your order may already be processed or prepared for shipment, and cancellation may no longer be possible.


Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

Please note that banks or payment providers may require additional time to post the refund.
